Tatiana Commette is Chief Accounting Officer at Cloud Capital, where she oversees accounting and financial reporting for the firm’s fund entities and investments, and provides accounting support for acquisitions and financing transactions. Tatiana has nearly 20 years of experience across private equity, leveraged finance, structured products, and real estate investments.

Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Tatiana served as SVP and Co-CAO at ASB Real Estate Investments, where she oversaw accounting and reporting for the firm’s open-ended, core diversified real estate fund with approximately $9 billion in assets under management. Earlier in her career, she spent ten years at American Capital, a publicly traded private equity and global asset management firm later acquired by Ares Capital Corporation, holding roles of increasing responsibility within the accounting organization.

Tatiana holds a B.S. in Accounting and Auditing and M.S. in Business Law from Belarus. She has been a licensed CPA in the state of New Hampshire since 2016.
