Mia joined Cloud Capital in 2026 and is based in London. In her role, Mia supports the team with a broad range of legal matters, working closely with European Counsel on documentation, transactions, and governance.

Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Mia gained experience at a Magic Circle law firm, where she worked across legal contracts, corporate governance and compliance. Her background spans a variety of legal and regulatory workstreams, giving her a strong foundation across both transactional and governance matters.

Mia holds a Bachelor of Laws degree in Law and Politics from the University of Glasgow.
