Hamza Abbassi is an Associate in Investment and Asset Management at Cloud Capital and is responsible for evaluating and executing data center investments, as well as supporting the management of the firm’s investment portfolio. Hamza joined Cloud Capital in 2026 and is based in San Francisco, CA.

Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Hamza was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Real Estate Group at Raymond James, where he advised on M&A, joint venture, and financing transactions across data centers, industrial, life sciences, and other real estate sectors.

Hamza holds a B.S. in Quantitative Finance from James Madison University and an M.S. in Finance from Vanderbilt University.
