John Siegmund is the Portfolio Manager for Cloud Capital and oversees valuation, performance measurement, and Investor Reporting, and provides support for financing transactions and investor relations. John brings over seven years of institutional Portfolio and Asset Management experience across various real estate sectors.

Prior to joining Cloud Capital, John was an asset manager at American Real Estate Partners for their office portfolio. Before American Real Estate Partners, he spent four years at ASB Real Estate Investments as Portfolio Management Associate where he led performance measurement and benchmarking, fund reporting, valuations, and collaborated with senior leadership to provide insights and evaluate portfolio construction, maintain desired sector, and market allocations, and achieve the target fund returns. Before that he was a Senior Analyst at JLL in their Public Institutions group where he worked on the US Army’s Privatized Housing Portfolio.

John received a B.A. in History at Denison University in Granville, OH.
