Octave Bellet is a Vice President of Investment and Asset Management at Cloud Capital. In his role, Octave is responsible for evaluation and execution of data center investments. Octave has 2 years of experience in data center investments and 4 years of experience in M&A execution. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Octave was on the data center Mergers & Acquisitions team at NextEra Energy Resources (NEER) primarily focused on data center and renewable energy investment combinations. Octave assisted in deploying over $500m of equity in traditional and modular data centers. Octave also worked on the energy hedging strategy associated with the renewable assets in the NEER portfolio.

Octave holds a BA in Economics with specialization in Finance from the Claremont Colleges and was a member of the tennis team.
