Ryan Bruderer is US Counsel at Cloud Capital. In his role, Ryan manages the legal affairs of the company in the United States, including in relation to acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, funds, financing, construction and leasing.

Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Ryan practiced at a leading international law firm, where he represented clients in complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, project development, strategic transactions and commercial agreements, with a focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Ryan received his JD, MBA and BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
