Vuk Kesic is Director of Fund Accounting based in Cloud Capital’s Washington, DC office. He oversees fund accounting, financial close process, and financial reporting for the firm’s fund entities and investment property structures. Vuk brings nearly a decade of experience across fund management and portfolio management.

Prior to joining Cloud Capital, he was an Associate Vice President on Carlyle’s Fund Management team within the Asset Backed Lending strategy. Before Carlyle, Vuk spent four years at BlackRock, most recently as a Vice President on the Infrastructure Core Portfolio Management team, now part of Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP). Earlier in his career, he served on BlackRock’s Fund Controllers team supporting Private Credit funds, was a Fund Accounting Associate at EIG covering energy and infrastructure funds, and began his career at Chalkstream Capital Group, where he worked on hedge fund and fund of funds products.

Vuk holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from St. Francis College in New York City and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the State of New York.
