Hossein Fateh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cloud Capital and CloudHQ and is based in Washington DC. Hossein has over 25 years of experience developing and operating data centers. Prior to Cloud Capital and CloudHQ, Hossein was the CEO and Co-Founder of DuPont Fabros Technology (“DFT”). In 2016, DFT was sold for $7.8 billion. Between DFT and CloudHQ, Hossein has built and operated over 700MW of data center space worldwide.

Hossein is passionate about philanthropy and giving back to the community. He sits on the following committees and boards: Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis (CREUA), George Washington University, Executive Committee of the Steers Center for Global Real Estate at Georgetown University, the McDonough School of Business Board of Advisors, Georgetown University and is a Member of the Research Council at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) located in New York City. Hossein is also working on a project with Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital in London.

Hossein has a BA in Business Administration and a MSc in Finance, both from George Washington University.

Shariar Mohajer is the President & Chief Investment Officer at Cloud Capital and is based in London. In this role, Shariar leads all aspects of the firm’s investment, fund raising and operational activities. Shariar has over 30 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity advisory, having focused almost exclusively on the communications infrastructure sector throughout his career and having executed over $100B of transactions. Prior to Cloud Capital, Shariar led the Communications Infrastructure M&A practice at RBC Capital Markets, one of the leading data center M&A advisory firms in the world. Shariar was a Managing Director at RBC for over 14 years and led many of its key data center M&A transactions across the globe. Prior to RBC, Shariar worked at Merrill Lynch helping to establish the Merrill Lynch Global Communications Investment Fund and in Telecom M&A. Shariar began his career at the investment bank Lehman Brothers.

Shariar received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University (Bishop Scholar) and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

John Comerford is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Cloud Capital and is based in London. John is responsible for the firm’s finance, operations, compliance and ESG functions. He has over 30 years of financial services experience and has served as a founding partner for 18 of those years. Prior to joining Cloud, John was the COO, CCO and a founding partner at Everett Capital Advisors, Brennus Asset Management and Plexus Partners. Prior to joining Plexus Partners, John held Treasury Risk Management and Commodity Trading Group Business Manager roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London between 1995 – 2002.

John is Chartered Accountant and received both a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master’s in Accounting from University College Dublin.

Kristin Leung serves as the Managing Director and Head of North American Investments at Cloud Capital, based in San Francisco. In this capacity, Kristin helps to oversee all facets of the firm’s acquisition strategies and investment management activities in the region.

With over 25 years of experience in finance, acquisitions, and investment management, Kristin brings a wealth of expertise to Cloud Capital. Prior to joining the firm, Kristin had a distinguished career spanning over 16 years at GIC, where she was a key leader of the Americas Real Estate team. While at GIC, Kristin was instrumental in overseeing the global data center investment strategy and spearheading the firm’s expansion into the sector since 2018. Kristin successfully underwrote and closed several billion dollars in data center investments, primarily through the formation of direct joint ventures with operators in the United States, Europe, Japan, and Korea. Prior to GIC, Kristin was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley where she covered REITs in the Equity research group.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) holder.

Kyle Lewis is a Managing Director of Investment and Asset Management at Cloud Capital, based in the London office. Since joining in 2020, he has focused on evaluating, originating, and managing global investment opportunities, with over 15 years of experience in the digital real estate and infrastructure sectors.

Kyle leads the fund’s investment efforts in Europe and selectively in the United States, overseeing the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of new data center investments. He also plays a key role in asset management and supports the firm’s capital-raising initiatives. Additionally, he serves as a member of the Investment Committee.

Before joining Cloud Capital, Kyle spent nearly a decade at RBC Capital Markets in the Mergers & Acquisitions group, advising corporates and private equity sponsors on transactions in the digital real estate and infrastructure sectors. As an investment banker, he executed numerous buy-side, sell-side, and equity/debt capital market transactions across the U.S. and Europe, totaling over $15 billion in transaction value.

Kyle holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Denver.

Lisa Collado is a Vice President of Transaction Management and Closing at Cloud Capital and is based in Tampa, Florida. In this role Lisa is responsible for managing the day-to-day details for acquisitions from contract to close. Lisa has 25+ years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate across varied property types: healthcare, data center, retail, office, industrial, multi-family, and student housing. Her experience allows her to provide creative solutions in areas including due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions, legal, portfolio insurance, budgeting review and analysis, property inspection, contract/lease review, property management and administration. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Lisa was a Vice President of Due Diligence and Insurance for Sila Realty Trust, Inc., where coordinated insurance for the REIT, and performed due diligence and closing for acquisitions and dispositions.

Lisa holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Strayer University.

Vivian Kuo is a Vice President of Investment and Asset Management at Cloud Capital and is based in London. In her role Vivian is responsible for evaluation and execution of data center investments for the fund. Vivian has over 6 years of experience in data center investments and M&A execution. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Vivian was on the Mergers & Acquisitions team at RBC Capital Markets primarily focused on communications infrastructure, with transaction experience in communications infrastructure, renewables and metals & mining sectors.

Vivian holds a BSc in Mathematics with specialization in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Fredrik is a Vice President of Investment and Asset Management at Cloud Capital and is based in London. Fredrik joined Cloud Capital in 2021 and is responsible for evaluation and execution of investments. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Fredrik spent 4 years in investment banking, most recently as an associate in the Transport & Infrastructure team at Rothschild & Co. During his time at Rothschild & Co he worked on several M&A and Debt transactions, primarily within the digital infrastructure and energy sectors.

Fredrik holds a MSc in Finance from ESADE Business School.

Octave Bellet is a Senior Associate of Investment and Asset Management at Cloud Capital and is based in Tampa, FL. In his role, Octave is responsible for evaluation and execution of data center investments. Octave has 2 years of experience in data center investments and 4 years of experience in M&A execution. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Octave was on the data center Mergers & Acquisitions team at NextEra Energy Resources (NEER) primarily focused on data center and renewable energy investment combinations. Octave assisted in deploying over $500m of equity in traditional and modular data centers. Octave also worked on the energy hedging strategy associated with the renewable assets in the NEER portfolio.

Octave holds a BA in Economics with specialization in Finance from the Claremont Colleges and was a member of the tennis team.

George is an Associate of Investment and Asset Management at Cloud Capital and is based in London. George joined Cloud Capital in 2024 and is responsible for the evaluation and execution of data center investments. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, George worked in investment banking advisory covering Digital Infrastructure at Torch Partners where he worked on a variety of Digital Infrastructure M&A transactions including several data centers. George holds a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Sidney is an Associate of Investment Management and Asset Management at Cloud Capital and is based in London. Sidney joined Cloud Capital in 2022 and is responsible for evaluation and execution of investments. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Sidney worked in investment banking advisory, in the Infrastructure team at Gleacher Shacklock LLP. During his time at Gleacher Shacklock he worked on several M&A transactions, primarily within the transport & logistics and core-plus infrastructure sectors. Prior to Gleacher Shacklock LLP, Sidney worked at I Squared Capital, a global infrastructure fund manager with over $45bn AUM, where he served as an Investment Analyst.

Sidney holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemical Physics from University College London.

Jerome Combredet is the Head of IR and Capital Formation, EMEA at Cloud Capital and is based in London. Jerome is responsible for investors relations and capital formation initiatives within the sovereign wealth, consultant, corporate and insurance communities. Jerome has 28 years’ experience in similar roles within the banking and asset management industries, in London, Paris and New York. Prior to joining Cloud, Jerome spent 10 years with Brookfield AM, a specialized global asset manager with a focus on real estate and infrastructure. Jerome is fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish.

Jerome graduated with a B.Sc. in Economics and International Affairs from the George Washington University, in Washington D.C.

Vivian Tongalson is the Head of IR and Capital Formation, Americas at Cloud Capital. Vivian has over 20 years of experience in the alternative asset classes, including real estate and infrastructure, focusing on developing relationships with institutional investors and consultants. Vivian leads Cloud Capital’s capital formation and product strategy functions for the Americas, including fundraising, investor engagement, and investor relations initiatives.

Prior to Cloud Capital, Vivian was a Managing Director at Grubb Properties where she led institutional capital formation. Before Grubb, she was Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations at Northwood Investors responsible for expanding their investor base, leading all capital raising efforts and establishing best-in-class practices for reporting and communications with limited partners. Vivian started her career in the investment banking division at Credit Suisse and subsequently worked at The Blackstone Group raising capital worldwide for the firm across various strategies. She also worked at Highstar Capital, an infrastructure private equity fund, which was later acquired by Oaktree Capital Management.

Vivian received a B.A. in Economics at Columbia University in New York City.

Isaac is an Investor Relations Associate at Cloud Capital and is based in London. In his role, Isaac is responsible for supporting investor relations, fundraising and marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Isaac worked as an investment analyst at JBWere, an Australian wealth management firm, where he was responsible for allocating to private market and alternative investment funds. During his time at JBWere, he conducted due diligence on a variety of investment opportunities across asset classes, including real estate, infrastructure, private equity, private debt, and hedge funds.

Isaac holds a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Finance) and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology. Isaac is also an admitted lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Jason R. Weaver is the EVP, Head of Capital Markets at Cloud Capital and is based in Washington, D.C. In this role, Jason leads all aspects of the firm’s debt capital and financing strategies. Jason has over 30 years of experience in banking and capital markets focused on real estate, telecom and communications infrastructure. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Jason held senior positions at KeyBank: SVP in the Institutional Real Estate Group from 2006 to 2024 leading debt capital raises for REITS and investment funds; Director in the Real Estate Debt Capital Market group from 2003 to 2006; and Senior Vice President in the Media & Telecommunications group from 1995-2003.

Jason graduated magna cum laude from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and summa cum laude with an MBA from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Jim Armstrong is the SVP Finance and Fund Controller US for Cloud Capital and is based in Washington, DC. In this role Jim is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of our fund entities and investments, as well providing acquisition and financing support. Jim has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Jim was the SVP, Corporate Controller for Dweck Properties, a Washington DC-based real estate investment firm with 7,200+ apartment homes and complementary retail spaces located in prime neighborhoods throughout the D.C. metro region. Jim was formerly the SVP, Chief Accounting Officer for DuPont Fabros Technology, a Washington DC-based public data center REIT (NYSE: DFT), where he was responsible for DFT’s full cycle accounting function. Jim joined DFT prior to the company’s IPO in 2007 as the Director of Financial Reporting and was there until DFT was sold in a $7.8 billion merger to Digital Realty in 2017.

Jim graduated summa cum laude with a BS in accounting from Salisbury University and has been an active CPA in the state of Maryland since 1999.

Richard Stubbs is the Fund Controller for Europe at Cloud Capital and is based in London. Richard leads on Fund set up and documentation, investor onboarding, funding for acquisitions as well as reporting and tax compliance. Richard has over 25 years of real estate and private equity investment management experience in senior finance roles. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Richard was with the SCP Group, a multi-billion Luxembourg real estate investment management firm, as Head of Fund Financial Administration and then Investment Reporting Director. Previously, Richard was CFO at the listed REIT, Residential Secure Income. During his career, Richard gained extensive reporting, real estate valuation, governance, regulatory, financing, issuance, set up and business integration experience.

Mr. Stubbs is a Chartered Accountant with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Exeter College Oxford.

Dermot Heron is the European Tax Director for Cloud Capital and is based in the London office. Dermot joined in January 2024 and is responsible for the tax compliance and structuring of our European fund. Dermot has over 13 years’ experience advising corporates and partnerships in the private sector.

Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Dermot was a Director at Deloitte LLP and focused on clients in the Real Assets industry assisting them with business restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and designing and implementing financing structures.

Dermot is a chartered accountant and a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Dermot graduated from Homerton College, Cambridge University with a BA Honours in Land Economy.

Violet Leonard is a Director of Accounting at Cloud Capital and is based in Washington DC. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Violet as a Senior Accounting Manager and revenue recognition expert at FTI Consulting where she led a team of accounting professionals focused on the accounting and financial reporting cycles of FTI, where Violet was responsible for the accounting of $550 million of revenue. Prior to FTI, Violet worked at Time Warner – AOL as an accounting manager specializing in revenue recognition/contracts. Violet began her accounting career at Centennial Contractors Enterprises in northern VA as a project accountant.

Violet is an active CPA in the Commonwealth of Virginia and holds an MBA as well as a BS in Accounting from Virginia Tech.

Dawn Yu is the Tax Director for Cloud Capital and is based in Washington, DC. In this role Dawn is responsible for the tax compliance and planning of our U.S. REIT and fund entities. Dawn has 18 years of tax experience in the public accounting and private industries. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Dawn worked at BDO, a premier public accounting firm where she served as Tax Managing Director, specializing in partnership tax and providing consulting and compliance services to private equity and real estate clients. Dawn started her career at one of the big four accounting firms in McLean, VA and had also worked at a large Fortune 500 corporation and a global private entity firm in the DC area.

Dawn graduated with a double BS degree in accounting and finance from The University of Maryland. Dawn also received a MS in taxation from American University. Dawn is an active CPA in the state of Maryland and Virginia.

Vicky Mo is the Accounting Manager at Cloud Capital and is based in Washington, DC. Vicky has over 7 years of accounting and finance experience in the public accounting and private industries. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, she was an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she primarily served clients in the financial services industry with over $5B in revenue. She led both offshore and onshore teams to audit multiple accounting cycles, and was also responsible for assessing the implementation of first year accounting principles for clients, such as ASC606 Revenue Recognition and ASC842 Lease Accounting. Vicky started her career at Hamilton Enterprises in MD as an audit associate. Vicky is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Vicky received a Bachelor of Management in Accounting from Xi’an University of Technology and a MS in Accountancy from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She is a licensed CPA in Virginia and Washington, DC.

Luke Oppermann is the Fund Finance Manager for Cloud Capital, based in the London office. Luke joined in December 2024 and is responsible for overseeing fund finance operations, including investor reporting, financial close processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Luke has 6 years of professional experience. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Luke qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Mazars Ireland, specializing in Financial Services Audit. He has experience working in the finance function for organizations in Private Equity Real Estate and Foreign Exchange Trading, gaining experience in financial operations and financial reporting.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Geography from University College Dublin.

Benjamin Kayden is US Counsel for Cloud Capital and based in Washington, D.C. In this role, Benjamin manages all legal affairs of the company in the US, including in relation to acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, funds, financing, construction, and leasing.

Benjamin has been practicing law for 13 years with experience in multiple industry sectors. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Benjamin advised on all types of commercial real estate transactions as in-house counsel for Oxford Properties Group and at the law firm Goulston & Storrs.

Benjamin received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Virginia Tech and a law degree from Cornell University.

Liridon Sylisufi is the European Counsel of Cloud Capital and is based in London. In his role, Liridon manages the legal affairs of the company in Europe, including in relation to acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, funds, financing, construction, and leasing.

Liridon has been practicing law for 10 years with a focus on multiple industry sectors. Prior to joining Cloud Capital, Liridon advised on various M&A and Joint Venture transactions at Jones Day and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Liridon was also seconded to CBRE Investment Management for one year where he worked closely with the European legal team to provide strategic advice to the business on various M&A and joint venture transactions, and the raising of two funds. 

Liridon is a qualified lawyer and received a law degree from the University of Cambridge.

Lisa is a Vice President of Compliance of Cloud Capital and is based in London. Lisa is responsible for regulatory compliance and implementation of governance frameworks. Lisa has more than 20 years’ experience working in financial services and undertook compliance as well as corporate administration and governance roles in small and start-up companies. Before joining Cloud Capital, Lisa worked as a Senior Manager at BroadBand4Africa (part of Eutelsat SA Group), Operations at Ondra LLP, Associate at Mercator Partnership Ltd, as well as Manager at Kazimir Partners.

Lisa holds a BSc in Forensic Psychology and an LLM (Commercial & Corporate Law) from the University of London.

Jeffrey H. Foster is a Senior Advisor at Cloud Capital since March 2024. Prior to that, Jeffrey served as the Chief Financial Officer at Cloud Capital and led the finance efforts for the fund and wider business. He is also currently an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at Georgetown University. Prior to this he served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of DuPont Fabros Technology (DFT), a data center REIT, from 2013 until DFT was acquired in 2017. He also served as Chief Accounting Officer from 2007 to 2014. Jeffrey guided DFT through the two highest profile events in the company’s history – the 2007 IPO and the 2017 sale to Digital Realty. Jeffrey has a proven track record of leadership and financial experience. 

As Chief Financial Officer, Jeffrey was responsible for obtaining financing through common and preferred equity, bonds and bank debt. He was also responsible for strategic planning, investor relations, accounting and lobbying for a sales tax exemption. Jeffrey performed a key role in the company’s largest tenant leases with Facebook and Rackspace and priced out all of the company’s products.

Prior to his role as Chief Financial Officer, Jeffrey served as Chief Accounting Officer of DFT. In that capacity, Jeffrey built the accounting department so DFT could meet the requirements of SEC reporting and was responsible for budgeting and forecasts. Prior to DFT, Jeffrey was Chief Accounting Officer at Global Signal, the first cell tower REIT. In this role, Jeffrey oversaw the accounting for a company that tripled in size during his tenure. Jeffrey was also Corporate Controller at Danka, a dual UK and U.S. registered copier distributor, CFO of Progress Telecom, a fiber company, and held various accounting and SEC reporting roles at an electric utility and telecom provider. Jeffrey began his career at Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Foster has built a reputation for integrity and transparency with investors. His career began as a technical accountant and expanded into all aspects of business. He became a trusted advisor to his CEO’s and Board of Directors.

He is a 1984 High Honors graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelors of science in Accounting. He received his Masters of Accountancy from the University of South Florida in 1985. He passed the CPA exam in 1985 with the highest grade in Florida and also received national honors. Mr. Foster currently serves on the boards of Broad Street Realty, a publicly traded owner of shopping centers; and Vault Digital Infrastructure, a private equity backed data center company. He also serves on the boards of the Alzheimer’s Association Florida Gulf Coast Chapter and the Child and Family Network Center which provides free pre-K education to underprivileged children in Alexandria, Virginia. He was a finalist for the Northern Virginia Technology Council’s Public Company CFO of the year in 2018.

Christof is a Senior Advisor at Cloud Capital and is based in Tampa, Florida. He brings over 25 years of experience in acquisitions, corporate development, finance, and risk management. Through his broad experience and extensive network, Christof provides thought leadership, deep customer relationships, deal structuring and industry expertise to bear in his role as Senior Advisor. 

Before transitioning to Senior Advisor, Christof led Cloud Capital’s acquisition of third-party data center assets throughout the United States and was responsible for the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of new data center investments. Before Cloud Capital, Christof led the Digital Infrastructure Division at Landmark Dividend as its EVP and Founder of the division. Under his leadership, the company acquired ~$1.5B of data center assets. Christof was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing of the acquisitions with continued responsibility for asset, property management and leasing. Before Landmark Dividend, Christof was Chief Acquisitions Officer at Carter Validus, where he was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, structuring, and closing acquisitions for the company. During his tenure, he oversaw the acquisition of ~$4B worth of mission critical real estate assets. Previously, Christof was Director of Corporate Development for Equinix, Inc. where he was responsible for coordinating both organic and inorganic growth initiatives in Europe. Christof also worked at MetLife and Credit Suisse based in the U.S and Switzerland.

Neal Diplock is a Tax Senior Advisor at Cloud Capital since June 2023. Previously Neal worked at PwC for approximately 25 years where he specialized in advising European, Asian, global and single country real estate funds, joint ventures and separate accounts on structuring and transactional matters.

Prior to PwC, Neal was an Assistant Principal Inspector at HMRC (formerly Inland Revenue) for over twenty years.
